We have a low minimum order value of only £15.00 excluding VAT and carriage. Any orders below this amount cannot be processed.
All orders with delivery to Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside qualify for free delivery using our own vans. Our vans deliver to these areas on the days specified below. Deliveries to these areas outside of the allocated delivery day will incur our standard carriage charge of £10.00 This applies to orders delivered to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (please inquire for delivery to these areas).

Thursday – Manchester, Cheshire, Wigan, St Helens
Friday -Southport, Ormskirk, Liverpool, Wirral, Preston, East Lancashire, Bury, Bolton
Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. However, due to third-party carriers being out of our control no guarantee can be given – but rest assured we will do our best.
Some bulkier items eg bubble wrap sometimes incur additional carriage charges, and we reserve the right to charge extra in these circumstances. We will always discuss any extra charges with you before dispatch.
If no one is available to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card asking you to telephone to arrange a re-delivery, or for you to collect from their nearest local depot. If the carrier encounters difficulty in delivery we reserve the right to pass on any charges they may make.
Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery note if possible. Please inform us of damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Goods will not usually be left without a signature and you become responsible for the goods upon delivery to you or your agent.
And finally… if something isn’t to your liking and we can do something about it, rest assured – we will.
